For Modern Rugby Coaching
|
Jan Oberholzer, all over know as Coach Jan, is considered to be one of the top development
coaches in South Africa.
Jan played 87 matches for the Blue Bulls (11 as captain) in Pretoria.
He gained valuable international experience by representing the Junior Springboks, S.A.
Barbarians and S.A.Universities.
Over the last twenty years he has been extensively involved as a coach and selector with teams
from schools to senior provincial Currie Cup level.
In 2002 he coached the Griffens Rugby Union in the Currie Cup Competition and from 2003 -
2005 he was the head Coach of the well known Harmony Sport Academy.
He is at the moment CEO of the Joberrugby International Coaching Academy (INCA) and
InteractiveSport, The owners of the Joberrugby Website, and is at the moment one of the leading
independent coaching consultants in South Africa.
He is also the writer of four of the top selling Coaching CD-Roms, which are being sold all over
the rugby world.
