PROGRAMME FOR THE COACHING COURSE Friday: 15h00 - Basic Rugby Skills in Modern Rugby. 16h30 - Warm-up and Stamina Drills for Modern Rugby 18h00 - The importance of Contact Play in Modern Rugby 19h30 - Evening Supper with a "Skaapbraai" and a well known       speaker. Saturday: 09h00 - Special Play: Scrums, line-outs & ruck and mauls 10h30 - Modern Back-line play: running lines, switches,dummy                                      runners & skipping. 11h00 - Modern Rugby Moves 12h30 - Lunch 14h00 - Modern defensive patterns and defensive drills 15h00 - Closing
