| This week we look at great move at a ruck between the scrum-half and his outside runners, a move we call "The in off move" . This move was in the Super 14 match between the Bulls and the Sharks on 03-02-07. |

| Lets look at the different running and passing lines of the move |
| The scrum-half passes to the stand-off runner. |
| NOTE: It will take about 30sec. for video file to load. |
| The runners move into position, while the scrum-half waits for the ball. |

| The marker next to the ruck moves away from his position to tackle the runner. |
| Coaches can really use this move to get over the advantage line and to put some pressure on the defenders. |
| The scrum-half burst through the gap which was created by the marker moving away from his position next to the ruck.. |
