Try of the Week
Week 51
This week we look at a great try scored by Casey
Laulala for the Crusaders against the Cheetahs
.
This try was scored in the Super 14 match in
Bloemfontein on 24/02/07.
"This try only show us again that modern running lines and
modern moves are still working against good modern
defenses. This "unders" pass move just show how easy it is
to cut a drifting defensive line. "

The Video Clip of the Try
Casey takes the ball and cuts the line.
He is on his way to score a runaway try.
It is very important for coaches to teach their players the
different running lines i.e. switch pass, "x"pass, "unders"
pass and run-around pass, because most of the modern
rugby moves use this running lines.
