| Exercise / Drill explanation: 1. Players stand in the grid in pairs opposite each other, 2. Each pair is numbered. 3. When the coach cal the number of a pair the player with the ball runs on the outside to the beginning of the grid, with his opponent (“the defender”) following him on the opposite site of the grid. 4. When they enter the grid the defender must tackle the ball carrier from behind. |
