1)The first player moves from A to B and tackles the tackling bag at C, gets up and falls back by shifting to D, while the second player moves into position at B. 2)On the second player’s call the two players tackle the bags at C and E. The players get up, fall back to D and F, while a third player moves into position at B. This is repeated every time with a new player moving into position at B. The players must always re-load by running backwards facing the tackle bags. |
