The set-out of the drill
    Description of the drill:
1)The first player moves from A to B and
tackles the tackling bag at C, gets up and
falls back by shifting to D, while the
second player moves into position at B.
2)On the second player’s call the two
players tackle the bags at C and E. The
players get up, fall back to D and F, while
a third player moves into position at B.
This is repeated every time with a new
player moving into position at B. The
players must always re-load by running
    backwards facing the tackle bags.
    Advantage of the drill:
A brilliant defensive drill that teaches
players how to keep their defensive line
straight, while shifting into a new tackle
    position before they tackle again.

This week we look at a great defense drill, called "The tackle and shift drill"  A defensive drill that teaches
players how to keep their defensive line straight, while shifting into a position in the defensive line.
"This is where everything in modern defenses starts - with a great defensive drill that is designed to teach players how the
moderndefensive line works."
