| This week we look at the ridiculously dangerous spear tackle of George Gregan on a Chiefs player, for which he was suspended for one match. The match was on 06/05/06. |
| " It is a ridiculously and very dangerous tackle. Other players receive a four weeks suspension for slapping some-one in the face and George receive a one week suspension. How ridiculous! Luckily for George the player was not injured and he had no previous suspensions . " - Jan Oberholzer |

| A very dangerous tackle indeed. We as coaches must warn our player against spear tackles and take serious action against any player who execute a spear tackle. The Rule Book say: A player must hold a player up when there is a accidental spear tackle and bring him down softly. |
