This week we look at the stupid tackle by Jean de Villiers of the Stormers on the
Bulls' Akona Ndungane.
Look how Jean hangs onto Akona's hair to try and stop him from scoring.
The most ridiculous is that not either the referee or the TV referee judge this as a
dangerous tackle. The reason must be that they can't find a hair tackle in the rule
book
