Description of the "X-pass" Drill
1) When the passer receives the ball, he first runs a few steps straight in order to keep the
defence on his inside, before he steps of to drift and perform the pass.
2) The receiver must run straight to receive the pass and timing is essential.
3) In this drill the "X-pass" can be done from left and right.
