Description of the rolling maul
1) Phase 1: the most important is getting a clean ball in the centre of the line-out.
2) Phase 2: The forming of the ruck with players 3 and 6 the blockers on jumper 5 with the
ball and player 1 who takes the ball from 5
3) Phase 3: The initial movement with all the players pushing forward with player 1 with the ball
moving backwards,
4) The rolling maul can now move forward with the player with the ball safely at the back.
