Week 45
This week we show coaches how important it is for players to carry the ball under the correct arm when they go into contact. We look at the bad skills of the international centre, Waylon Murray of South Africa, and we show coaches also the correct skill.
"Murray is a product of the Sharks Academy in South Africa and somewhere on the line they did not teach him this very important skill. It is very important for coaches to teach their players this skill, because if players don't carry the ball under the right arm they can't use their hand-off or off-load in the tackle." - Jan Oberholzer
