Equipment
1)    4 Marker Cones
2)    1 Rugby Ball
Description of the drill
1)   The kicker (1) kicks an up and under at
the player (3), while the players (2) run and
put pressure on the catcher.
2)   The moment the player (3)catches the
high ball, the two player (2) become the
supporting players in the counter attack, with
(1) as the defender.
