This week we look at  a great passing and  support drill by the All Blacks,  which we call the "Pass and Support Drill"
Setting out of the Drill
The players are waiting in
three rows
Video Clip of the Drill
The first player receives the
ball and passes to the
second player with the only
defender (Yellow) in front of
him.
Note:
This drill must be done to the left and
to the right hand side.
The second player draws
the defender and passes to
the third player.
The third player drives into
the contact shields with the
help (support) of the other
two players.
" This is a great passing and support drill that teaches players how to pass effectively and then to support the ball carrier." - Jan
Oberholzer
