A handling drill designed by Coach Jan, called "The pressure cooker drill". This is a great handling and stamina drill in which
players can practice their passing accuracy under great pressure.

Objective:
To improve the players’ handling skills under
pressure.
Key coaching point
  • Coaches must see to it that the players keep passing crisp
    and  accurately.
Equipment:
1) 1 Ball per drill.
2) 4 Marker cones.
The setting out and execution of the drill.
Exercise / Drill explanation:
1. The two players run continuously between
the two cones, while catching and passing
the ball.
2. The drill can also be done with only one
player running.
