A contact skills drill, called "The Clean-out Drill". A great drill in which  players can practice their clean-out skills at rucks.
" This is an excellent drill in which players can practice their low body positions at the clean-out.  That is the main reason why
they star from their one knee to get low body position.  "-
Jan Oberholzer
