| Exercise / Drill explanation: Phase1: The players stand opposite each other, with the players who are doing the clean-out, on their one knee. On the signal of the coach the players move forward and take out the players opposite them. Phase 2: The players who are doing the clean-out stand on their one knee behind each other. On the signal of the coach the players move forward with the front player taking out the center player and the other two players taking out the players on both sides. |
