A handling skills and warm-up drill, called the "Changing grid passing drill". A great drill in which  players can warm-up by
practicing their lateral and close contact passing.

We look at the " Changing grid passing drill"
They move into the last
wide grill .
The players start by
entering the wide grid by
using torpedo  or swing
passes.
They run into the narrow
grid where they use close
in contact passes.
Running and passing lines of the Drill
Objective:
To  practice  player's lateral and close contact
passing.   
Exercise / Drill explanation:
1.    There are two wide and one narrow grids.
2.    Three players enter the grid at AB and use
torpedo or swing passes to get to the other
side.
3. They then enter the narrow grid and use
close contact passes (Pop Passes) to get to
the other side.
4.  They enter the final grid and again use
lateral passes to complete the drill..

1)  1 Ball for each grid
2)  8 Marker Cones
