This week we show our member coaches a new pick up and drive
drill, which we call
"The supported pick-up-and-drive drill".
This is a great drill in which coaches can teach their players the
very important new "supported" pick-up-and-drive technique.
" The supported pick-up-and-drive is a great method to get over the
advantage line and to secure a quick and clean ball."

    Note:
For progression the coach can space
the contact shields nearer to each
other so that the players can use lower
    body positions for the drive
