Key coaching point
- The coach must see to it that the player do not pick up the ball
before his supporting player is in position.
Equipment:
1) 3 Contact shields
2) 1 Ball per group.

Exercise / Drill explanation:
1. The first four players drive into the contact shield, go
down and the next player picks up the ball and drives
into the next contact shield with his supporting player.
2. The next two players continue the drill by picking up
and driving into the next contact shield.

For progression the coach can space the contact shields nearer to each other so that the players can use lower body positions for the drive |
