1) 6 Marker cones
2) 1 Ball per group.
Exercise / Drill explanation:
1) The attackers enter the grid at F
and the defenders at C
2) The attackers' main aim is to
beat the defenders
3) When attackers reach line DC
they run round and take their
positions up at A and the defenders
at B
