Equipment
1)    4 Marker Cones
2)    1 Rugby Ball
Description of the drill
1. The players spread themselves inside the grid.
2. The kicker kicks the ball into the grid.  
3. The player, who is going to catch the ball, must nominate
loudly for the ball.
4. The player catches the ball, then passes the ball to a nearby
player, and the two of them run the ball back to the kicker, by
passing the ball between them.
5. With progression the kicker can kick more balls into the grid to
get more players running the ball back at the same time

    3) Catch the high ball under pressure by
    jumping for it
