Lets look at the move.
This week we look at a move in the backline, which we call "The natural 4 move" or also called "The double dummy unders
move"
. This is a move that stops inside defenders to give space to the outside runners.
" For me this is a real modern rugby move. We have tried it and it works great, especially in the lower leagues."

Running and passing lines of the move
    Description of the Move
The scrum-half passes to the fly-
half, who drifts across  and gives
    dummy “X-passes” to the inside
    and outside centre and then
gives a “unders” or short pass to
    the straight running full-back who
    is coming into the back-line.
    Advantage of the move:
    By drifting across two channels
and by giving two dummy passes
to the inside and outside centers,
    the fly-half effectively stop the
    covering defenders, which gives
    the straight running full-back, who
    is receiving an “unders” pass
from the fly-half, a better change
    to beat the defenders.

Preferred position for the move.
    Notes:
    1)  The best option for this move is to
do it from a line-out, because the fly-
half  needs space to drift across two
    channels.
