| Movement 1: Center jumper runs to the back for an imaginary jump. |
| Movement 2: The player runs forward to support an imaginary jump. |
| Movement 3: The scrum-half runs to support the jumper at the back.. |
| The line-out variation starts with 3 jumpers in the middle and one front-row lifter in front and at the back. |
