"   This is  great line-out variation, because by
drawing the opposition to the front you to get an

The reason why this line-out variation works, is that
the opposition is drawn to the front, which results in
a easy ball at the back.
Movement 1: Center jumper runs to the back for an imaginary jump.
Movement 2: The player runs forward to support  an imaginary jump.
Movement 3: The scrum-half runs to support the jumper at the back..
The line-out variation starts with 3
jumpers in the middle and one front-row
lifter in front and at the back.
