Why is this line-out variation working. 1. The opposition never know where Matfield is going to jump, because there is three openings to jump into. 2. He jumps into the hands of his strong front lifter. 3. He use his forward momentum to get quickly into the air. 4. His opposition jumper can only follow him and will always be late.
