Line-outs -  We look at a great four man line-out
variation
Victor Matfield uses more than any
other variation and that is why we called it the
"Matfield variation".
 We show coaches three
examples of this variation.
" This is a very excellent four man line-out variation, where a
team can get a good, fast ball from the front of the line-out
without too much sweat. "-

Why is this line-out variation working.
    1. The opposition never know where Matfield is going to jump,
because there is three openings to jump into.
    2. He jumps into the hands of his strong front lifter.
    3. He use his forward momentum to get quickly into the air.
    4. His opposition jumper can only follow him and will always be late.
