We look at the binding of the prop to the hooker
Lets look more closely at the "Binding of the frontrow"
This week we look at  the  Frontrow in the Scrum . We look at the binding and the sequence of binding in the
frontrow.  
"Once a coach asks me - "Which of the front-rows binds first?".  I first thought it was a silly question
and then it dawns on me that many coaches were back-line players and the scrums can be a
tricky situation for them.  " -

The sequence of binding
And then the hooker binds to the
props.
The hooker lifts his arms
to make it easier for the
front-rows to get their bind and
the loose head prop binds first.
Then the tight head prop binds.

The prop takes a tight hold on the belt part of
the hooker's trousers and the then turn his
fist upwards for a tighter bind.
