WEEK 8:  Kick-offs - This week we take a look at the
third method to position players to recieve the
kick-offs, which we call "optimum" method.

Advantage of the "optimum" method:
In this method the coach can cover a bigger area
with his jumpers and each jumper can have two
primary lifters.

Last week we looked at two methods the conventional method
and the
new method for positioning players to recieve the kick-off.
The obvious difference between the two methods is that in the
conventional method the  jumper has only one supporter that is
supporting him in the jump and in the new method the jumpers have
two supporters helping them.
This week we look at another method, which is a combination of the
above two and we call it the
"optimum" method, because we
believe that this is the best method to recieve the kick-off

In this method the coach uses a centrally placed
player who joins the different groups to help with the
support.
