  • Delivery of your
    purchased item.
All orders in stock are dispatched as soon as possible.

Order confirmation
When you submit your order to us, you will receive an email confirming that
we have received your order and are processing it.

Shipping confirmation
You will then receive a second email from us at some point to notify you as
soon as your order has been shipped. This second email should include
tracking information if you have selected a courier service for delivery.
Shipping is subject to stock and/or size availability. In the event of us being
out of stock of an item/size and being unable to dispatch your order within 7
days, you will be requested to cancel the original order and re-order once the
stock is received.

Shipping lead times:
Orders dispatched by Priority mail for local delivery in South Africa are sent
on an overnight basis and require collection from the Post Office. Orders
dispatched by courier for local (SA) delivery are usually delivered the
following day or two days for outlying areas.

Orders dispatched by Registered mail for international delivery usually take
between 7-10 working days and in some countries require collection from your
post office.

Orders dispatched by Courier for international deliver take between 3 and 7
working days. Non-receipt of orders:
All orders specifying International Posting are sent by International Airmail and
are registered to obtain a tracking number. Parcels in excess of 2kg are
insured to obtain the required tracking number.
In the unlikely event of non-receipt of a paid order, a claims procedure is
required to be implemented by ourselves. Once the order has been collected
by the Courier or post office, the risk passes to those parties and we then
follow their claim procedures before reshipping the order.  

In the event of an order being returned to us due to incorrect address
supplied or undeliverable,the order can be reshipped at the expense of the
party ordering the goods. We will however contact the relevant person prior to
reshipping the order for confirmation of this requirement,or a refund of the
order less the original shipping costs and return to us costs.
